Whilst you can spend hundreds of dollars of skin care products to help you get beautiful skin there are simple ways to get beautiful skin without spending your hard earned dollars just by avoided certain things. There are skin wreckers out there that can easily harm your skin.

Whilst it is nice to get a bit of a tan you may be paying for it in the future, the sun is responsible for 90 % of the wrinkles on your face. UV rays can break down the underlying structure of your skin causing cell and DNA damage. Not only that but it can increase the growth of skin cancers. Make sure you always wear sunscreen. If you love your skin and you smoke maybe this is a good reason to start quitting. Smoking constricts blood vessels, decreases blood flow and deprives your skin of oxygen. It can introduce toxins into your skin which can cause a lot of skin damage.

Avoid drinking too much alcohol

Alcoholic drinks can dehydrate your skin making your skin look drier and older. Limit your alcohol consumption and always drink plenty of water.

Avoid not sleeping enough
